This position involves close collaboration with internal teams and consistent engagement with agencies to manage account balances, resolve outstanding issues, and support agency operations. The representative is expected to demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills while maintaining professionalism in high-pressure situations. Ongoing communication with the Assistant Manager is essential to promote continuous development, operational efficiency, and overall success within the departmentDuties And ResponsabilitiesAssist with the daily processing and application of depositsMonitor the assigned portfolio of agencies regularly to ensure timely follow-up on past-due accountsConduct collection calls to resolve outstanding balances and maintain healthy account statusManage and deactivate inactive agencies as needed, following internal proceduresProvide real-time support to agencies by actively responding to inquiries via phone and chatInformation Security Responsibilities: Read, acknowledge and comply with Viamericas Staff Information Security Policy via the Information Security training portal. This should be done within 30 days of hire and repeated annuallyAttend periodic Information Security training provided by Viamericas’Report any event that might be an Information Security Incident: clicked on a malicious link, downloaded and opened a suspicious file, etcQualificationsEducational background in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldBilingual in English and SpanishStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a sense of responsibility and sound decision-making abilitiesExperience in customer service, including managing challenging client interactionsWorking ConditionsGeneral office working conditions with a hybrid work scheduleCome work for industry leaders!
