Below are the details of the position:🏦 Industry: IT (Banking/Financial)💼 Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist💻 Mode of Job: Hybrid 📍 Locations: Toronto📅 Contract: 11 Months Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to support the end-to-end AR process, ensuring timely and accurate collection and reconciliation of payments. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and customers to maintain healthy receivable balances and support continuous process improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess customer payments accurately and efficiently.Prepare and distribute statements of accounts to customers.Respond to customer inquiries regarding account status, payments, and discrepancies.Perform account reconciliations and prepare analyses of accounts as needed.Conduct root cause analysis of late payments and recommend process improvements.Support month-end closing and reporting activities.Participate in projects aimed at enhancing the Accounts Receivable function.Perform other related duties as assigned.Must-Have SkillsStrong understanding of AR processes including payment posting, collections, and reconciliations.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with customers and internal teams.Solid time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
