Accounts Receivable Specialist

Leon Cycle is seeking to appoint a Accounts Receivables Specialist, to be based in London global HQ.This role will require you to:Partner with sales and commercial teams to ensure AR and collections are in a timely and efficient mannerDraft and create AR aging reports and monthly consolidated AR outstanding reports to the Finance Director and Treasury ManagerFrequently liaise with clients and customers on overdue invoicesMonitor and ensure credit being given to long term customers are being strictly followed by sales and operations teamEnsure bookkeeping AR accuracyOther adhoc responsibilities supporting the Treasury Manager in cash and cashflow management.Requirements:3 years or more of accounting experience in accounts receivables and/or accounting capacityStrong confidence in communicating across all departments and also with external clientsAbility to handle large volume of financial data via Excel spreadsheets, expert in ExcelAble to work overtime due to time differences as this is a global scopeBachelor degree or above
