Location: USA – Little Rock, AR (Onsite, within 50-mile radius)Work Type: Full-Time, Permanent (FTE conversion planned)Experience Required: 1 – 3 YearsCompensation: USD 37,000 – 41,000 per annum ($18–$20/hour)Shift Timings: Monday to Friday, 7 AM – 4 PMEligibility: U.S. Citizen or Green Card HolderJob OverviewSeeking a motivated Accounting Assistant to support finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable, vendor management, tax compliance, and treasury functions. The role will collaborate closely with shared services and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial processing and recordkeeping.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with shared services on AP functions including vendor reconciliations, invoice processing, and payments. Maintain compliance and documentation for sales/use tax, income tax, and franchise tax. Support sales & use tax compliance and determine taxability of goods/services with internal tax team. Manage recordkeeping — ensure accounting records are properly documented and accessible. Collect and file W9s for new vendors; assist with annual W9 filing process. Monitor corporate credit card expenses, ensuring timely submission and reconciliation. Provide assistance in Treasury and Accounts Receivable operations as needed. Uphold compliance with company policies, procedures, and audit requirements.Must-Have QualificationsBachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 0–2 years of relevant accounting experience. Familiarity with SAP preferred. Strong communication, initiative, and team collaboration skills. Must reside within a 50-mile radius of Little Rock, AR.
