Role - Business Analyst Location - Dublin (Hybrid) - Permanent My client are looking for a Business Analyst to join their Data Operations team in South Dublin. In this role, you'll play a key part in bridging the gap between business stakeholders, data professionals, and technical teams to help deliver impactful data-driven projects. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and capture business requirements through workshops, interviews, and analysisDocument clear and concise requirements to support project scoping and deliverySupport the analysis and mapping of current and future business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvementFacilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignmentAssist in test planning and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solution qualityProvide general project support, including administrative tasks, tracking progress, and preparing materialsKey Requirements:
Experience working within Agile frameworks, including writing user stories and acceptance criteriaWorking knowledge of Alteryx, Python, SQL, or similar toolsUnderstanding of business analysis and/or data analytics principlesProven ability to document business and technical requirementsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong analytical thinking and attention to detailAbility to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting prioritiesExperience collaborating in cross-functional teams in a regulated or complex environmentFluent in English (C1 or native level)Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e. g. , business, information systems, marketing, or computer science)Desirable Qualifications:
