Role: Test Business AnalystLocation: Dublin North (Onsite)My client are looking for a Test Business Analyst, you'll be at the heart of delivering a robust end-to-end retail solution that includes POS systems, back-office retail, warehouse management, and more. You’ll work closely with solution architects, customers, and third parties to ensure business requirements are met and thoroughly tested. Job Description:
Lead requirements gathering and process optimizationDefine, document, and communicate business and system processesDevelop and manage test plans, UAT, and test scriptsValidate full end-to-end system functionality, including integration pointsExecute and manage automated and manual testing processesCollaborate across functions to deliver reliable, scalable systemsRequirements: 5+ years in business analysis rolesStrong experience with system testing (UAT, automation, bug tracking)Excellent problem-solving and communication skillsKnowledge of JIRA, SOTI (MobiControl), Power BI, and POS systemsExperience in airline and/or retail sectors preferredISTQB Foundation certified (or higher)Familiarity with SDLC, APIs, Azure, SFTP/FTPS, Android & iOS platformsBA certification (e. g.
