Experience: Ideally 3+ years of recruitment experience within South Korea, with a strong understanding of the local job market and recruitment landscape. Experience with high-volume recruitment projects is a big plus. Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English or Chinese. Remote Work Savvy: Comfortable and proficient with remote work tools and practices. Proactive & Efficient: A self-starter who can manage multiple requisitions effectively and independently. Your Responsibilities Will IncludeWorking closely with our team to understand project requirements and candidate profiles. Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels. Conducting initial screenings and interviews.
