该职位来源于猎聘 职位介绍 – 店铺经理/Store Manager 销售/Sales 1. 理解、确认店铺目标并将其分配给个人Understand, confirm and assign the target to individual 2. 完成店铺销售指标及其他业绩 KPI 目标Achieve store sales and KPI targets 3. 监督销售服务流程,确保团队能够为客户提供适当的服务 Supervise selling ceremony to ensure store team can provide appropriate service to customers 4. 运用各类报表分析店铺业绩情况 Analyze store performance with different reports 5. 制定并实施店铺行动计划,提高店铺各项 KPIInitiate and implement store action plan to improve KPI 6. 树立良好的榜样,并在必要时支持现场销售Set good example and support the on floor selling if necessary 7. 通过店内货品的陈列管理来推动销售Drive sales throughout store merchandise and VM management 8. 推动核心品类和品牌标志性产品的销售Pushing the sales of core categories and IVPs 9. 通过参与营销活动来促进销售Involved in marketing activities to drive sales. 客户服务&客户关系/Customer Service & CRM 1. 遵循公司服务标准,为客户提供良好体验Ensure the delivery of superior customer experience by following company service standard 2. 确保团队成员的个人形象符合品牌调性Ensure the image of the store team is on brand 3. 确保客户信息登记的准确性和完整性Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer information registration 4. 监督不同渠道的新客户招募工作 Supervise the recruitment of new customer by different channels 5. 维护和发展现有客户,使其成为忠实的 VIC,例如前 1%的 VIC 和*** VICMaintain and develop existing customers to loyal VIC, i.e. ***% and top VIC 6. 制定并实施店铺年度/月度或其他客户关系维护计划Develop and implement store annual/monthly or ad hoc CRM plan 7. 通过个性化的客户关系维护方法将客户发展到更高级别,以达成店铺目标Grow customers to higher tiers through personalized CRM approaches and meet store target 8. 根据公司的政策和指引,妥善处理客户投诉 Ensure the customer complaints are properly handled according to company policy 运营/Operation 1. 了解公司政策和程序,并确保在店铺层面能够顺利执行Understand and ensure the company policy & procedure implementation in store level 2. 确保零售标准运营流程的实施,全面负责店铺运营事务Ensure retail SOP's implementation and be responsible for the store operation issues in all aspects 3. 全面负责库存管理以支持销售,并保护店铺内的公司财产安全Be fully responsible for stock management to support sales and ensure company property 4. 安排店铺排班,确保在不同客流情况下安排合理的人手 Arrange store roster to ensure reasonable manpower under different traffic 5. 维护与业主的关系,遵守业主方的运营要求Maintain the relationship with the landlord and follow landlord's operation requirements 6. 负责店铺行政相关事务,包括财务、维修、裁缝、清洁等Responsible for store admin related affairs incl. finance, maintenance, tailoring, cleaning, etc. 7. 收集并更新当地竞争品牌的有关信息Collect and update the company regarding local competitor information 8. 负责店铺的各方面安全Responsible for store safety 人员管理/People Management 1. 与人力资源部门紧密合作,吸引和招募门店团队人才Cooperate with HR to attract and recruit talent of store team 2. 负责建设店铺团队和团队内部的任务分配工作Responsible for building store team and task distribution within the team 3. 按照人力资源指南开展员工绩效管理和人员发展计划Conduct performance management and people development plan following HR guideline 4. 激励员工保持良好的团队精神并达成团队成果 Motivate the staff to keep good team spirit and deliver results 5. 对店铺员工进行各方面的培训和指导(混合搭配、现场辅导、产品知识等)Train and coach store staff in all aspects (Mix &Match, field coaching, product knowledge, etc.) 6. 监督并确保店员的日常工作和行为符合公司要求Supervise and ensure store staff's daily work and behavior aligned with company's requirement 7. 与人力资源部门合作处理员工相关的各类问题Work with HR to deal with staff issues if any
