About the roleReporting into the National HSE Manager, this role will see you dedicated to a specific client, where you will take responsibility for providing high level advice across NSW on key HSE processes, such as hazard management, incidents, auditing, policy and procedural reviews and training. Key Responsibilities include: (Full PD available upon request)Assist with the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures. Maintain effective HSE risk management processes, including reviewing & updating HSE related registers. Undertake HSE inspections and auditsDevelop & deliver HSE training & toolboxesUndertake specific hazard / incident investigations, including root cause analysis.
Build and maintain effective internal / external stakeholder & client relationshipsAbout youTo see you successful in this role you will have strong knowledge of HSE management systems and have previous experience in driving strong safety outcomes at a site level. You’ll be an excellent communicator and be able to effectively build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Behaviorally you will have the ability to coach managers and actively assist them in building a safe workplace with a strong safety culture, so a people focus is key.

The salary on offer for this position is $125,000 + super + $20,000 car allowance.
