Yacht Operations Agent

As Acquera Yachting continues to grow, we are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Yacht Operations Agent in St. Barths, in the Caribbean. Role: As a Yacht Operations Agent, you will support and facilitate various aspects of yacht operations, ensuring smooth processes and the satisfaction of both crew and guests. The role involves assisting with clearance procedures to ensure compliance with maritime regulations, organising logistics, arranging maintenance and repairs, providing guest services, and liaising with suppliers. Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for yacht owners, captains, and crew membersEnsure smooth yacht operations by understanding and anticipating clients' needsPlan and arrange bespoke events and services tailored to clients' specific preferencesUse promotional techniques and materials effectivelyHandle the logistical aspects of yacht operations, including provisioning and crew servicesWork with local service providers to secure necessary resourcesMaintain strong relationships with local suppliers to ensure the highest quality of services and productsRequirements: 2+ years yachting experience, ideally in a maritime agencyStrong problem-solving skillsDriver's licenceHigh degree of time flexibilityProven residency on the islandLocations: Saint Barthélemy, St.
