This is a hands-on role for a marketer who thrives across organic, paid, and partnership channels and is motivated by growth and performance.You’ll work closely with the Director of Acquisition to plan, execute, and optimize marketing programs that drive new customer growth, improve acquisition efficiency, and strengthen Well.ca’s digital visibility. You’ll lead Well.ca’s SEO strategy and play a key role in shaping our approach to the evolving search landscape, including AI-driven search optimization.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of one of Canada’s top eCommerce brands while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to reach new audiences.Key ResponsibilitiesSEO & Organic Growth Lead Well.ca’s SEO strategy to grow organic traffic and improve visibility across key product categories.Develop and execute initiatives spanning technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and structured data.Implement forward-looking approaches to AI-driven search, including AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AISO (AI Search Optimization).Partner with content, merchandising, and technical teams to align organic strategy with business priorities.Conduct keyword, competitive, and SERP feature analyses to identify growth opportunities.Measure and report on organic performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations.Paid MediaPartner with external agencies to plan, optimize, and report on Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.Contribute to creative testing, audience strategy, and messaging that improve acquisition performance.Monitor key performance indicators such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.Identify new testing opportunities and insights to enhance campaign efficiency.Affiliate & Partnership MarketingSupport the affiliate program through partner communication, creative updates, and performance tracking.Identify and test new affiliate or influencer opportunities that drive incremental growth.Strategic PartnershipsDevelop and manage partnerships with adjacent businesses to reach new audiences and create co-marketing opportunities.Execute cross-promotions, gift-with-purchase collaborations, or referral-style programs that deliver mutual value.Build and maintain a partnership pipeline to support long-term acquisition growth.Analytics & ReportingMaintain performance dashboards and analyze results across acquisition channels.Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for future testing and strategy.Support cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, acquisition, and retention.Qualifications5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on acquisition and performance-driven channels.Strong understanding of SEO strategy and proven experience leading organic growth initiatives.Working knowledge of emerging AI search approaches (AEO, GEO, AISO) and their applications.Experience managing Paid Social and/or Paid Search campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.).Experience building or supporting partnerships or co-marketing campaigns.Analytical mindset with proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, and Excel/Sheets.Excellent communication and project management skills.Experience in eCommerce or retail marketing preferred.Why You’ll Love Working at Well.caPurpose-driven culture focused on wellness and sustainability.Collaborative, flexible, and supportive hybrid work environment.Opportunity to make a measurable impact on one of Canada’s top eCommerce brands.Competitive compensation, benefits, and employee discounts.
