Acquisition Support (Field Sales)

We’re Hiring – Merchant Acquisition (Sales)Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end merchant onboarding process, from application to system activation.Ensure smooth integration and high satisfaction for newly onboarded merchants.Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround time.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.Monitor onboarding performance and identify areas for improvement.Ensure all onboarding processes comply with company policies and regulations.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (fresh graduates are welcome).1–2 years of experience in operations or related roles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage and improve operational processes.Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; English communication skills are a plus.Experience in F&B or marketing is an advantage.
