This flexibility allows us to stay responsive to evolving market conditions and execute across various stages of the asset lifecycle.SummaryPrizma’s acquisitions and asset management team offers the opportunity to gain wide-range skills in the structure, execution and asset management of large real estate transactions across many verticals and geographies. By joining a lean team of professionals, the analyst will have the ability to make pivotal impact by assisting in all aspects of the life cycle for real estate management and acquisitions.Responsibilities·      Financial analysis, including building detailed financial models in excel to perform valuation and return sensitivity analysis across various property types·      Overseeing acquisition due diligence process, including: Market analysis, Comparable, Third party diligence, title, appraisal, site plan, proforma, purchase agreements, etc.·      Assist in evaluating existing portfolio with valuation, tax liabilities, diversification, liquidity, debt maturity and return analysis.·      Prepare investment committee memoranda and present investment committee presentations·      Ongoing analysis of existing property financials, leasing trends, expiration schedules, submarket fundamentals, and portfolio trends·      Assisting on refinancing, property sales, quarterly valuation and the preparation of business plans·      For stabilized assets, prepare detailed review of monthly financial results with onsite property management and asset management teams. Submit questions prior to calls and track status/completion of action items identified during the meeting to ensure completion·      Participate in the preparation and presentation of Quarterly Asset Reviews, including detailed analysis of actual property performance compared to goals, budget and historical performance.Requirements·      Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in real estate, investment banking or finance·      Strong understanding of real estate investment concepts and analysis·      Proven analytical and modeling skills·      Exceptional time management and prioritization are necessary to succeed in a fast-paced environment where the Analyst will be required to manage multiple projects simultaneously·      Strong interpersonal skills: Adaptive, Assertiveness and Leader·      Attention to detail as well as a strong desire to grow and succeed is critical·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills·      Bachelor’s Degree required·      Full professional Proficiency in English
