Manage a variety of service requests, including warranty and non-warranty repairs, preventive maintenance, and more. Document all customer interactions and follow established procedures, service guidelines, and process flows. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and first-call resolution. Coordinate return and repair processes, including creating Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and managing purchase order requirements for billable services. π§ What You Bring:
1β2 years in a customer support or call center environmentExperience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle EBS)Background in troubleshooting biomedical or electro-mechanical devices (minimum 1 year)Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and excellent communicationFluency in both English and French (written and verbal)π Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED requiredAssociate degree in Biomedical Technology or a related field preferred1β2 years of relevant technical support or service coordination experience
