πŸ” We’re Hiring: Client Solution Specialist | Medical Device IndustryAre you passionate about delivering exceptional customer support in the medical device field? We're looking for a Client Solution Specialist to be the first point of contact for product support. In this role, you'll play a vital part in enhancing the customer experience by providing technical assistance and managing service requests for advanced medical devices and safety software. πŸ—£ Languages Required: English & French (verbal and written)✨ Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level support via phone, email, and chat to external and internal customers.

Manage a variety of service requests, including warranty and non-warranty repairs, preventive maintenance, and more. Document all customer interactions and follow established procedures, service guidelines, and process flows. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and first-call resolution. Coordinate return and repair processes, including creating Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and managing purchase order requirements for billable services. 🧠 What You Bring:

1–2 years in a customer support or call center environmentExperience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle EBS)Background in troubleshooting biomedical or electro-mechanical devices (minimum 1 year)Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and excellent communicationFluency in both English and French (written and verbal)πŸŽ“ Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED requiredAssociate degree in Biomedical Technology or a related field preferred1–2 years of relevant technical support or service coordination experience
