One of the TOP 10 largest accounting outsourcing companies in Russia and CIS due to its business expansion is looking for an Accounting Group Manager/Chief Accountant in the Republic of Serbia to provide services to local clients.Please note that we do not provide relocation support and only consider candidates located in Serbia.  Key Responsibilities:- Accounting and tax accounting of client companies in the Republic of Serbia;- Payroll accounting and HR administration;- Compilation and submission of accounting and tax reports under local legislation;- Advising clients on tax and accounting issues; - Closing of periods, creation of accounting and tax registers;- Preparation of responses to tax service requirements;- Participation in negotiations and conference calls with clients (also in English);- Management reporting, including in English, according to the standards of the head offices;- Junior colleagues’ coordination and mentoring - when expanding the office. Requirements:- Local accountant's license or professional title (mandatory);- Master's degree in Accounting/Economics;- At least two years of experience as a senior accountant or deputy chief accountant in Serbia;- Good level of Serbian, Russian/English languages;- Strong knowledge of accounting, laws and taxation of Serbia;- Proficiency in MS Office software, ready to adapt to new accounting systems;- Accuracy, attentiveness, efficiency in work, learning skills, sociability, loyalty. Conditions:- Competitive salary (would be discussed with suitable candidate);- Currently remote work;- Five-day working week, weekends on Saturday, Sunday;- Flexible start of the working day (discussed individually);- Part-time employment is discussable at first.
