A25111What will you do?Assist Product Owner, Business Analyst to craft out user story acceptance criteriaAnalyse and decompose complicated software systems, and design a holistic test strategyConduct research on emerging technologies and develop test automation frameworkDevelop test suites of test scenarios and test casesTake a risk-based approach for test automationPerform time boxed exploratory testingMaintain regression test suite in QA nightly buildActively refine smoke test suite in Development CI environmentLead system integration testing with other systemsManage user acceptance testingManage defect life cycle, test artefacts and repositoryDrive continuous improvement in agile testing practices and toolsTake on secondary role as low code application development engineer (PEGA) or Application Security EngineerImprove software quality using XP practices such as code review and unit testingUnderstand the IT management policy, quality management policy and security guidelines to ensure the development processes, procedures and system are designed to comply with these policies and guidelinesRequirementsWhat are we looking for?Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplinesMin 3 years' experience in exploratory testing and regression test automationStrong analytical skillsMeticulous attention to detailsGood interpersonal skills such as tactfulnessGood presentation and listening skillsExperience in agile development environment will be an added advantageExperience with Robot Framework, SikuliX, Selenium, playwright, Micro Focus Testing Tools (Mobile Center, UFT, QC and Sprinter) or EggPlant or Pega Unit Test will be an added advantageCertified Software Testing Professional and/or Certified Software Quality Analyst will be an added advantageBenefitsWhat do we offer?Fun working environmentEmployee Wellness ProgramDoes it sound like something you are interested in exploring further?
