The Media Planner will work closely with senior team members to execute plans, analyze performance, and contribute to successful campaign outcomes.Success is measured by meeting KPIs and deadlines agreed with client and client satisfaction with campaign implementation (as per client evaluation systems or solicited feedback).ResponsibilitiesKPI forecasts and media plans development, using inputs from client account teams and accumulated data from previous activitiesProviding campaign inputs (e.g. creative specifications, planning KPIs, targeting capabilities) to account teamsMedia campaigns execution in accordance with established KPIs and implementation strategy in areas of TV, OOH, Radio, Print but not exclusivelyRegular campaigns’ monitoring, Q&A, data accuracy verification, and client reports deliveringCampaigns optimization based on ongoing and past campaigns’ performance analyses to meet or exceed client’s expectationsWork closely with other internal departments and vendor’s representativesSupport client account team in client and agency meetingsAssist in the development of media strategies and plans for linear media (TV, Radio, Print, OOH) in line with client objectives and budgets.Conduct research and analysis of target audiences, market trends, and media consumption habits.Support the management of media budgets and assist in negotiations with media vendors for optimal rates and placements.Monitor campaign performance, gather data, and contribute to the preparation of performance reports.Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and changes in consumer behavior relevant to linear media.Collaborate effectively with internal teams (account management, creative) to ensure integrated and cohesive campaigns.Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all media plans and related documentation.Desired Skills And ExperiencesProficiency in MS Office suite (Excel + PowerPoint)Ability to work in matrix structures (including client teams and internal units)Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Media Planner or similar role, with a focus on linear/offline mediaBasic understanding of media negotiation principlesFamiliarity with relevant media planning and analysis tools (e.g., AGB Nielsen, Ipsos, or similar) is mandatoryFluent in English, both written and spokenProactive, organized, and a team playerStrong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and problem-solving capabilitiesGood communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field is plus.What Can You Expect From Usemployment contract,hybrid model: 3 days in the office, 2 from home,private medical care,a wide range of training opportunities,cutting-edge tools that really help optimize your work time,referral program for new colleagues,a well-structured induction program to make your first days less stressful,support via the Employee Assistance Program (mental health advisory) and cooperation with Telus Health One,…and something you won’t find everywhere: a truly supportive atmosphere, where people value each other’s work and happily share knowledge.What does our recruitment process look like?You will have a conversation with your direct manager, focusing on your experience, competencies, and expectations.We value not only your skills and expertise, but also who you are as a person – because building teams where people genuinely enjoy working together is at the heart of what we do.Please read our Privacy Notice for more information on how we process the information you provide.
