The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience supporting Active Directory operations, including 2nd and 3rd level activities and will be capable of offering remote support for our global clients.Key ResponsibilitiesActive Directory Domain ServicesInstallation, upgrade, migration, and administration of Active Directory on Microsoft Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022). Identity and Access Management (IAM) for privileged accounts. Group Policy Management. Management and troubleshooting of authentication technologies (Kerberos & NTLM). Backup, recovery, and participation in Disaster Recovery tests. Configuration and management of Active Directory-Integrated DNS. Administration of multisite infrastructures and Active Directory Sites and Services. Configuration and troubleshooting of DFS Replication. Management of Flexible Single Master Operation (FSMO) roles and trust relationships. Reporting and bulk operations via PowerShell. Coordination with operational support teams for DNS and DHCP services. Implementation of logon restrictions and adherence to tier model requirements. Active Directory Certificate ServicesInstallation, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS). Management of User and Computer Certificate Templates and auto-enrolment. Certificate Lifecycle Management and CRL management. Configuration and management of Network Device Enrolment Service (NDES)Active Directory Federation ServicesInstallation, configuration, migration, and maintenance of Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS). Configuration of Sign-in Experience (Single Sign-On SSO) and WS-Federation/SAML. Claim Rules configuration and management of Claim Provider and Relying Party Trusts. Entra IDConfiguration, deployment, and management of Entra ID in cloud-only or hybrid environments. Management of Entra ID IAM and Privileged Identity Management (PIM). Deployment of Conditional Access policies and Multi-Factor Authentication. Integration of on-premises directories with Entra ID and management of sync configurations. Management of resource access and creation of Access Packages in Entra ID. Job RequirementsPreferred Industry-Recognized Microsoft CertificationsMicrosoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) Microsoft Certified Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900) Microsoft Certified Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300) Microsoft Certified Administering Windows Server Hybrid Core Infrastructure (AZ-800) Microsoft Certified Configuring Windows Server Hybrid Advanced Services (AZ-801) MCSE Server Infrastructure MCSA Windows Server 2012 or 2016 Role-based Certifications While these certifications are highly valued and considered a plus, we also offer comprehensive training programs and a structured framework to help you earn these certifications if you do not already possess them. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience in technical customer support or related roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022) administration. Understanding of networking fundamentals and protocols. Knowledge of enterprise system functions and troubleshooting. Familiarity with ICT Infrastructure and Systems. Basic knowledge of PowerShell or programming languages. Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in German or French is a plus. Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and adaptability to changing technologies. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
