Our quality team of Aspect Support Workers work together with Autistic adults in a community environment, allowing participants to engage in activities that support and enhance independent living skills, social understanding and health and wellbeing.Our enthusiastic team create a positive environment and provide quality, supports to our Autistic participants, while developing your own knowledge and skills in a group setting.Multiple casual roles available at our Heatherton site from Monday to Friday, between 8:45am-3:15pm, 3 days a week minimum.QualificationsWhat you bring:Certificate III or IV in Disability Services, Community Service or Individual Support - completed or working towards (highly regarded)Experience working in a day program, supported accommodation services or a hospital setting – requiredExperience working with adults with complex behaviours and support needsEngaged and willing to learn; skilled at building rapportMotivated, resilient and enthusiasticEffective oral and written communication skillsDriver’s licence (desirable)NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance for paid employment (or willingness to obtain)Current Working with Children Check for paid employment in the state where you will be employed (or willingness to obtain)NDIS Worker Orientation Module, ‘Quality, Safety and You.'
