Partner with the HR Business Partner and Hiring Managers to develop and execute strategic recruiting plansMeet recruitment goals by having a thorough understanding of business needs and expectationsEnsure a positive candidate experience by supporting candidates throughout all stages of the application and hiring process. LOVE recruiting!At least 3 years of experience as an in-house recruiter for hi-tech companiesProven track record at scaling a team - sourcing and screening skillsA good understanding of analysis roles, and experience in hiring a wide range of R&D rolesAbility to multi-task and manage a large number of open roles in parallelFluent written and spoken EnglishAwesome interpersonal skills!Experience in creating an amazing candidate experienceResults-oriented with a competitive drive for successSelf-starter, independent, results-oriented and attentive to details
