Devising and agreeing communication calendars for external and internal communicationsDrafting and finalising written comms for external and internal use, in accordance with the comms calendarsProducing high-quality multimedia content that engages our target audiences and supports our marketing efforts and campaignsCreating tailored communications for customer engagement, including newsletters, product updates, blog posts and other customer-focused materialsCreating tailored communications for employee engagement, including newsletters, mailers, blog posts and other employee-focused materialsEnsuring consistency of brand voice, style, and quality across all content outputsDriving our social media presence through targeted and thoughtful use of platforms for content distribution and reputation-buildingBuilding and maintaining close relationships with all key internal stakeholders for content generation and to understand their communication needs and prioritiesBuilding and maintaining positive media relations with journalists on a local, national, international and specialist interest basis, acting as their first point of call for media enquiriesWorking closely with the SEO team to create content that is optimised for search engines while maintaining engagement and readabilityMaintaining and supporting the growing Global Insights online libraryAnalysing content performance metrics to continually refine and improve content strategy and executionDoes this sound like you?Experienced marketing / communications professional with a proven track record in delivery - ideally supported by a degree qualification in a Marketing or Communications subjectExceptional at writing, editing, and proofreading with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality outputExperienced in creating content for multimedia platformsCreative and innovative, able to transform complex information into engaging content for internal and external useExperienced and knowledgeable in managing business and key figures’ social media accountsExperience in Media Relations and/or Crisis Communications would be an assetComputer literate, able to quickly learn new software systems (Content Management Systems; Newsletter systems; Social media; Microsoft PowerPoint; Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel)Knowledge of design packages and video editing tools is advantageousFlexible, proactive, able to anticipate and plan accordingly
