What You Will Be DoingWe’re looking for a driven and collaborative Manufacturing Supervisor to lead shift operations with a focus on safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement. In this role, you’ll set clear goals, empower your team, and leverage individual strengths to foster a high-performance culture.
You’ll ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, assign and coordinate production staff, and support Lean Six Sigma initiatives. As a hands-on leader, you’ll coach team members, develop future leaders, and remove obstacles to drive innovation and efficiency across Core Side operations. What You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS and manufacturing experience preferred. Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; working knowledge of DMAIC or similar structured improvement methodologies required. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both large and small groups.
Must be able to work in typical manufacturing environments (machinery, chemicals, noise) and stand for up to 8 hours per day.
