You will lead a team dedicated to delivering timely, high-quality support for patients and staff. In this role, you will:Coordinate and lead the administrative team, including rostering, payroll processing, and workforce planning.Oversee day-to-day administrative functions such as data entry, mail, record management, and reception duties.Liaise with clinical, human resources, payroll to resolve administrative and staffing matters.Support recruitment, performance development, and training of administrative staff while fostering a culture of quality, safety, and teamwork.
