You’ll craft scroll-stopping ad creatives — both static images and short-form video edits that attract new customers and drive conversions across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Applovin.You’ll collaborate with our marketing team, bringing creative briefs to life with your own creative spark. This role is perfect for someone who not only knows how to design or edit, but understands why certain videos, hooks, and visuals convert.We’re a fast-moving, creative-first DTC team that values ownership, speed, and constant improvement. If you’re AI-savvy and always experimenting with new tools and techniques, you’ll thrive here.What You’ll DoProduce 5–10 new ad creatives per week (mix of static designs + short-form UGC videos).Edit and remix UGC or influencer clips into engaging, high-performing ad formats.Design static image ads for Meta, email banners, and landing page hero shots.Leverage AI tools (e.g. Runway, Midjourney, Pika, or similar) to generate visuals, variations, or motion elements. ** This is critical to avoid running out of creative to test. **Collaborate with performance marketers to interpret briefs and translate data into new creative angles.Stay ahead of social trends, hooks, and DTC visual patterns that drive conversions.Maintain organized creative libraries for scalable A/B testing.What Makes You a Great Fit4+ years of experience creating ad content for DTC, e-commerce, or consumer brands.Proven ability to edit UGC content and craft stories from raw influencer footage.Understanding of marketing psychology and visual hierarchy — you know why a hook works.Strong design instincts for composition, typography, and color.Fluent in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.Proactive and autonomous — you don’t wait for direction to start creating.Knowledgeable in AI creative tools and open to constant experimentation.Portfolio showing statics + UGC ads with measurable performance or clear brand impact.Bonus PointsExperience in A/B testing or creative analysis (CTR, thumbstop, CVR metrics).Familiar with Meta Ad Library or competitive creative research.Skilled at quick iteration — you can produce high-quality content fast.Why Join UsWork with a fast-growing DTC brand focused on craftsmanship, storytelling, and product integrity.Creative autonomy — bring your ideas, test fast, learn faster.Culture rooted in ownership, improvement, and doing your best work.Flexible hours, async communication, and results-driven collaboration.Executive Coaching - Work with coaching from Tony Robbins’ organization to accelerate your personal and professional growth.Community and Network Access - As members of multiple elite retail groups, you'll gain access to people and content to stay updated on the latest strategies and training.
