AD-level Architectural Technologist

Offering a wide range of services from Masterplanning through to Fitout & Interiors, they have a reputation for excellence, and have delivered some of the most talked about projects in Ireland.The Role:Our client is looking to capitalize on their presence in the Healthcare sector and take further market-share. As such, they are keen to expand their Medical team with hiring someone at a senior level for this pivotal position within their function – from either an Architectural or Technologist background.You should have proven experience in leading projects and teams, should be adept at coordinating external stakeholders, have exposure to Irish Building Regs, and be well-versed in delivering projects in the Healthcare sector.Required Background:A relevant degree in Architecture/Architectural Technology needed8+ years’ experience in the industry, Medical experience highly beneficialExcellent organizational skills with an ability to achieve project deadlinesThorough knowledge of Irish building regulationsExposure to managing teams neededPrior experience in contributing to projects from inception through to Site neededMust be able to convey accurate information to different stakeholders effectivelySelf-Driven and willingness to learn, adopting a ‘can do’ mentality and work ethicThe Package:Excellent salary on offer, as well as 22 days Annual Leave, pension, bonus, hybrid working, and the opportunity to work on some of Ireland’s most challenging projects.
