About the role:We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Ad Operations Specialist with marketing or analytics background to join our team. As an Ad Operations Specialist you will provide comprehensive support and assist in various marketing tasks. The ideal candidate should possess a hunger for success, a marketing background, proficiency with technology, adaptability to new tools, and familiarity with Google Suite. Analytics & Insights (40%):Required Skills:Career Development:Compensation: The gross compensation range is $800-1,500 USD/month depending on experience. Campaign Operations (60%):Set up and optimize paid advertising campaignsManage day-to-day campaign performanceCreate performance reportsExecute platform-specific optimizationsMonitor and adjust campaign budgetsHandle creative asset managementAnalyze campaign dataBuild and maintain dashboards Conduct market research and competitor analysisGenerate performance insights and recommendationsTrack and analyze KPIs across marketing channelsDevelop automated reporting solutionsPlatform expertise: Google Ads, Facebook Ads ManagerAnalytics tools: Google Analytics, Power BI/Tableau (optional), etcAdvanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiencyMarketing certifications (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint)Strong data visualization abilitiesExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communicationAbility to work independently and manage multiple projectsInitial focus on campaign operations with structured transition into analyticsOngoing technical skill development and trainingClear path for specialization based on performanceLocation: 100% remote position.
