FreakOut is a part of FreakOut Holdings, Inc., listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Ad Ops Specialist located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Ad Ops Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, ensuring smooth campaign execution, and analyzing campaign performance. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver effective advertising solutions.Primary ResponsibilitiesEfficient management of requirements for the timely launch of digital media campaigns across different platforms and various industriesAlign clients' objectives and points with digital creative designers during the process of the creative production stageAssist the ad optimization team in 100% delivery of committed inventories/KPIs and excellent campaign performance of digital media campaignsAnalyse data and create weekly and post-campaign performance reports for digital platforms such as FreakOut Native, FreakOut Video, FreakOut Rich Media, FreakOut CTV & FreakOut OTTMaintain a good professional working relationship with internal (sales, business development, creatives, and ad optimization) and external (advertisers/agencies) teamsRequirement:2+ years of experience in a relevant environment (a digital marketing agency or similar setting is a strong advantage).Proficiency in using platforms like Google Ads and YouTube Ads to execute, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns.Experience with TikTok Business Ads or other relevant e-commerce advertising platforms.Solid experience in A/B testing, campaign and creative optimization, and collaborating with creative teams to develop impactful marketing materials.Skilled with analytical tools such as Google Analytics.Experience with 3rd-party trackers (IAS, DoubleVerify, Moat, AppsFlyer, etc.).Experience running campaigns with DSPs such as The Trade Desk (TTD) and DV360 is a plus.Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa IndonesiaProficiency in using PowerPoint and Excel.
