In this role, you will gain exposure to group-level projects, modern engineering practices, and end-to-end execution across our international manufacturing network. Purpose of the RoleThe Technical Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of capital investment (Capex) projects across multiple adapa production sites. The role focuses on ensuring technical readiness, maintaining structured documentation, and supporting maintenance- and equipment-related improvements at plant level.

Key responsibilitiesSupport in preparing Capex projects and investment planning for the following yearAssist with project coordination and execution at adapa sitesHelp manage Capex approval workflows and documentationPrepare and review technical specifications in alignment with project needsRequest supplier quotations, evaluate offers, and perform comparison analysisProvide technical on-site support during installations, audits, and troubleshootingCollaborate with local teams and suppliers to resolve technical issuesConduct or support maintenance audits to ensure equipment readiness and complianceSupport the implementation and onboarding of maintenance software at site levelWhat You BringUniversity degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field2 years of experience in a technical, production, or project support role (internships, trainee programs, or junior project roles welcome)Basic knowledge of production machinery, industrial processes, and technical specifications Basic understanding of Capex processes, timelines and technical documentationSome experience with CAD tools (e.
