Job Description

We are now looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our Group Supply Chain team. We are primarily looking to fill this position at our Vantaa headquarters, but other locations in the Nordics may be considered for the right candidate. In this role, you will ensure the availability and movement of our fleet across multiple countries. You’ll work closely with suppliers, local operational teams, and Group Operations to manage production capacity, coordinate internal transfers, and place new unit orders.

You will also support our SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) process by aligning supply plans with operational needs. This is a hands-on and fast-moving role where your actions have a direct impact on delivery capability and fleet efficiency. Your Main ResponsibilitiesCoordinate modular unit orders from suppliers and ensure short-term availabilityManage production capacity in close cooperation with suppliers and internal stakeholdersDrive the Group SIOP process to plan new production, allocate fleet, and identify shortages across Business Units and Group levelSupport demand and supply planning and contribute to forecasting improvementsOversee and coordinate internal module transfers between countriesUnderstand technical differences between module types to support fleet planning and make proposals based on suitability and compatibilityAct as ERP system super user for fleet-related topics and support BI reporting developmentParticipate in development projects as a subject matter expert for fleetApply data to support decision-making and create clear operational follow-up when neededWhat We Expect From YouBachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, or another relevant fieldA few years of experience in supply chain, fleet management, production planning, or logisticsStrong coordination, communication, and organizational skills across multiple stakeholdersWorking knowledge of ERP systems and strong Excel skillsAbility to understand technical characteristics of modular units (you don’t need to be an engineer, but curiosity and a learning mindset are essential)Analytical mindset and confidence working with operational data; experience with BI tools is considered a plusFluent English (working language); fluency in Finnish, Swedish, and/or German is a strong advantageApplicationIf you are excited about the opportunity to join our team, please apply as soon as possible via the application link.
