Job Description

ADAPTIT is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager (Telecom) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that align with our services.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accountsDevelop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makersUnderstand client requirements and recommend solutions based on company's portfolioIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accountsPrepare and execute a business plan for assigned accounts and vendorsManage contract renewals in cooperation with inside salesNegotiate pricing with clients and back to back vendor managementMonitor account performance and resolve any client issues in a timely mannerAchieve sales & revenue targets ensuring in parallel the cash collection in cooperation with FinancePrepare regular account reports and forecasts for managementContribute on preparation and submission of tenders / proposals in cooperation with company's bidding teamMaintain account and opportunity information within CRM and in other sales reports and updates for senior managementPartner with legal, presales, marketing, project implementation, administration, and other functions to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction for all customer requestsCollaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and supportRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, Technology or other related fieldApprox.

3-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the Telecommunications, IT or technology sectorAwareness of telecommunications products and industry trendsProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closeExcellent skills in all aspects of planning, cross-group collaboration, analytical capabilities and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple accounts, work under tight deadlines and achieve goalsSelf-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving resultsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsFluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plusBenefitsPrivate Medical and Life insurance planBonus scheme, based on roleSubsidized vouchers (card) for mealsTraining & development sponsored planCorporate CarCommuting Expenses for business purposesFlexible work modelNew IT work equipment Wellbeing activities and events, among others.
