Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities: Develop and integrate Basic Software (BSW) for automotive ECU development based on AUTOSAR architecture. Configure and optimize AUTOSAR BSW modules such as MCAL, COM, OS, and Diagnostics (DEM, DCM). Implement bootloaders, communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, FlexRay), and memory drivers. Support middleware and driver development for automotive microcontrollers (e.g., Infineon, NXP, Renesas). Perform software validation, unit testing, and debugging using simulation and real hardware. Work closely with system engineers, application developers, and hardware engineers to ensure smooth software-hardware integration. Utilize AUTOSAR tools such as Vector DaVinci, EB Tresos, or ETAS ISOLAR for configuration and development. Maintain compliance with automotive software standards and ASPICE. Document software designs, test cases, and development processes.Work place : Tokyo ( or Nagoya)RequirementsJP N2Preferred Qualifications Experience with hardware-software integration and debugging on automotive platforms. Knowledge of Python, CAPL scripting, or model-based development (MATLAB/Simulink). Familiarity with AUTOSAR RTE, MCAL, and bootloader development.
