Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Technical Leadership & Development Leading in conduct system testing and validation to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards. Leading in build PreCheck test scenarios (before testing on the actual vehicle) for standards and regulations such as NCAP, GSR2, etc.Project & Team Management Lead and mentor a team, providing training and technical support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including application developers, system engineers, and hardware engineers. Plan and manage project timelines, task allocations, and deliverables. Ensure the team follows ASPICE-compliant development processes.Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) and other automotive software standards. Maintain documentation for test scenarios and test reports.RequirementsRequired Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in embedded software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Deep knowledge in verification and validation Experience on creating of test cases and test scenarios to validate the functionality. Conducting real-world and simulated tests to evaluate the performance of ADAS features. (SIL/HIL) Experience with simulation tool (Dspace, VT system, CRAMAS,…), Automation test tool (dSPACE AutomationDesk, Vector vTESTstudio, ECU-TEST,...) Experience with communication standard CAN, LIN, ETHERNET,...(Vector CANoe, CANalyzer,...) Strong understanding of sensor technologies such as LiDAR, radar, and cameras. Knowledge of software development processes and tools.
