RESPONSIBILITIESContributing to the design and implementation of HR policies and processes aligned with the company’s overall business objectivesHaving active role on all operational processed of full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, compensation, benefits and other operational HR tasksBuilding strong relationships with employees at all levels to understand their needs and concernsAnalysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvementPreparing periodical reports and presentationEnsuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulationsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and projectsActively participating in recruitment programs, job fairs and company eventsQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree from reputable universitiesMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience on HR fieldExcellent command of English is a must, both written and spokenStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office ApplicationsOutstanding presentation, communication and facilitation skillsHighly organized and results driven with a commitment to quality, accuracy and attention to detailExperience in a start-up environment is a plusHaving no travel restriction
