Art Director

Adecco Creative is partnering with a major fashion house in NYC to recruit for a contract Art Director. This role will be contract, approximately 2 months and a hybrid schedule in Midtown Manhattan. In this role, the Creative will connect business marketing briefs with consumer insight and cultural touchpoints to concept and create globally famous and effective campaigns. The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Creative Studio to: • Develop and Execute Creative Ideas: Generate innovative concepts, narratives and storyboards for advertising campaigns, social videos and PLP content. • Art Direction and Design:

Contribute to the visual direction of campaigns, ensuring designs are visually compelling and align with brand guidelines. • Collaborate and Manage Projects: Work alongside senior creatives, copywriters, and other team members, potentially overseeing smaller projects or mentoring junior staff. • Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand standards and maintain a high level of creative excellence. • Develop and Refine Craft: Continuously improve skills in areas like design software, typography, layout, and visual storytelling. The accomplished individual will possess: • Strong Portfolio: A curated collection of your best work showcasing your range and creative problem-solving abilities. • Conceptual Thinking:

The ability to generate fresh and impactful ideas that address client objectives. • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in relevant design software like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc. • Communication Skills: Clearly articulating ideas, presenting confidently, and collaborating effectively with others. • Understanding of Advertising Landscape: Awareness of current trends, best practices across various mediums, and familiarity with different platforms. • Adaptability and Curiosity: Willingness to learn new skills, explore different mediums, and adapt to evolving project needs.
