We are looking for a seasoned finance leader to join the APAC leadership team. This is a pivotal role, you will lead the APAC finance team, oversee end-to-end financial matters, and drive business strategy for the region. Main duties & and responsibilitiesDevelop and execute financial strategies aligned with company objectives and growth plans. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support decision-making. Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards (IFRS/SFRS) & US GAAP.

Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to safeguard company assets and optimize performance. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting requirements. Stakeholder Management. Build relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, investors, and regulatory authorities. Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial integrity. Provide guidance and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence. Support strategic initiatives and business development efforts with financial insights. The TalentBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with CPA, CA, ACCA, or ICAEW certification. Proven track record as a seasoned finance leader in a similar industry and MNC environment.

Well-versed in IFRS/SFRS and US GAAP, with exposure to SAP systems. Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and foster continuous improvement. Strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills to partner effectively with business stakeholders.
