Sales Director – Medical Device/DiagnosticsAbout the CompanyThe company is a growing diagnostics business based in Seoul, Korea, and is focused on strengthening its market position in molecular and immunodiagnostic technologies. The role is confidential due to ongoing internal restructuring and strategic expansion. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the diagnostics sales division, managing team performance and strategic sales execution. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical diagnostics departments at major general hospitals. Identify growth opportunities in molecular and immunodiagnostic markets and drive expansion initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals.

Mentor and develop sales staff, fostering a high-performance team culture. Key Requirements10+ years of experience in the diagnostics industry, particularly in molecular diagnostics or immunodiagnostics. Prior work experience at one of Korea’s top 5 diagnostic centers, such as: Clinical LaboratoriesMedical Center & Hospital – Laboratory MedicineProven leadership and organizational management experience. Extensive network within diagnostic laboratory departments at major hospitals. Preferred QualificationsExperience in the medical device or in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) sector.
