About The Role And The TeamThis is a strategic product leadership role focused on shaping the future of omnichannel campaign planning within Adform’s platform ecosystemYou will be leading the vision and evolution of Adform’s new Campaign Planning Solutions, a suite designed to help clients plan smarter and deliver stronger campaign outcomes across digital channelsThe role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and innovation, with high visibility and impact across the organizationYou’ll be part of a highly collaborative Product Leadership Team, working closely with other Product Directors, VPs, C-level executives, and cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Marketing, and Client ServicesThis position plays a central role in Adform FLOW’s product architecture, driving innovation in planning tools tailored for key channels like DOOH (launching mid-2025) and CTV (coming in 2026)As part of a forward-thinking and experienced product organization, you’ll be encouraged to bring new ideas, challenge assumptions, and shape how omnichannel campaign planning evolves within the programmatic ecosystemYou’ll thrive in a team culture that values autonomy, ownership, and close collaboration, with a shared mission to deliver meaningful value to our global client baseWe hope you are ready to change the game! Be ready to:

Own, prioritize and manage roadmap for Adform Campaign Planner in close collaboration with stakeholders across the whole organizationWork with Product Directors and Product Managers on “quality assurance” of deliverables and scopes along all steps of the Product Development Process Prepare deliverables and scopes for development – full accountability for ensuring formal readiness for prioritizationCommunicate roadmap and business milestone objectives to stakeholdersDefine priorities for business milestones within functional areasPartner closely with Product Marketing and Product Leads to create a compelling Product Proposition and Go-To-Market Messaging for your Product / WorkflowRepresent Adform on Industry Events, in key client meetings and by partnering with PR to act as press contact and publish interviews and articles.

Support key client pitches and RFPsFollow industry trends, monitor competitor activity, review client feedback and draw conclusions for feedback into Adform Product StrategyAttitude First. Everything else will follow. We can grow together faster if you have: 5+ years’ experience working in media / technology industry ideally with positions in different types of industry players (e. g.

agencies, publishers, technology providers, advertisers)Proven track record of executing complex projects within an international Matrix OrganizationExcellent verbal and written English skillsExperience working with and presenting to Senior ManagementStrong presentation skills and ability / willingness to represent Adform on stageExperience working with or for Media AgenciesPrior experience with or strong understanding of marketing strategy “translation” to media strategyGood understanding of the industry, relevant competitors and a clear-cut perspective on where the industry is heading over the next 3-5 yearsOur promise to you:
