Are you ready to be part of our journey?Purpose Of The RoleThis role will drive the commercial success of key Factory Outlet locations by maximizing net sales, improving conversion rates, and identifying growth opportunities through data-driven insights and strong analytical thinking. Success in this position relies heavily on the ability to interpret complex data, translate it into actionable plans, and communicate these clearly to store and cluster stakeholders. This is a short-term contract for 12 months, subject to extension upon business review.
What You Will DoAcquire and develop knowledge of the end-to-end product flow to stores in line with the Trading Guidance, allocation and replenishment strategies, and Segmentation guidance to support Cluster Managers in maximizing localized needs. Maintain regular contact with District Managers and Store Managers in designated clusters, executing the Service Level Agreement for all stores. Deliver excellence in execution in seasonal and day-to-day communication and collaboration with stores to provide optimal ranges, commercial pricing, and inventory supply.
Conduct store-level analysis to support the Cluster Manager and work with stores and the DTC Factory Outlet Trading Team on clear action plans derived from analysis: Store KPIs (e. g. CR, ATV)Bestseller stock supplyBlack holes, slow sellers, aged inventory sell-through and displayFragmented stock/size curvesInventory levels and replenishment settingsProduct-related KPIs (e. g. tops to bottoms, socks to shoes, division shares)Range and inventory qualityPrice level sell-through analysisAd hoc analysis as neededOwn the maintenance of the Store Action Tracker and ensure fulfillment of store product requests.
Issue delivery overviews on store orders and work with Supply Chain to ensure timely delivery. Collaborate with clusters on localization projects and product requirements, including product flow for marketing and promotional campaigns. Understand the framework for store capacities at class level and store receiving capacities to monitor and manage over/under supply situations. Support Cluster Manager on input to Factory Outlet Excellence regarding range needs for new stores and remodels. Responsible for final selection, allocation, and replenishment of articles for assigned categories/stores, based on Trading Guidance provided by Assortment Planning and Buying.

Skills You Will NeedUniversity degree in Business or Finance, ideally with a focus on Marketing or Sales, or equivalent professional experience. Retail experience is a plus. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or function. Consumer-focused with market knowledge. Exceptional analytical skills and commercial thinking, with proven experience in translating data into insights and actions that drive business performance. Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of analytics tools (e. g.
Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage. High attention to detail and strong research skills. Ability to consolidate information, summarize insights, and derive actions. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Additional local language skills are a plus.
