Job Description

Purpose & Overall Relevance For The OrganizationDrive an effective and efficient brand activation across all communication touchpoints within BU Running & Outdoor & Motorsports concepts in the country with full alignment between the global Brand Communications and local Business Units. Develop and ensure excellent implementation of category activation for own retail and wholesale accounts while providing respective category contents for digital activation.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Category Brand Comms Manager to create the local brand marketing plan & calendar based on input from global Business Units and Brand Communications at the commercial input timingExecute local brand/category marketing plan in close collaboration with Japan BU and Brand Activation teams. Develop local content, if necessary, in alignment with the Key Stakeholders (listed in the Key Relationships section) with the support of Brand Comms Manager.

Align with the Brand Activation team on the PR, Social and media strategy for a campaign executionCollaborate with the Brand Activation team on the PR/Social and media strategy for a campaign executionManage the execution of the Marketing Expenses plan as per manager’s guidance. Support local trade meetings by providing appropriate sell-in tools Manage the production and implementation of bespoke alliance and key account campaignsSupport Category Brand Comms lead for miscellaneous, i. e. campaign reports.

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum QualificationsUniversity degree in Business or equivalent professional experience. At least 3 years’ experience in relevant Marketing fieldsMarketing and /or Sales experienceFluent communication in both English and local language (Japanese) preferred.
