Senior Specialist DC Ops & Transport

Purpose & Overall Relevance For The OrganizationCoordinate, organize, schedule and manage outbound shipments Ensure accurate and timely deliveryKey ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize and coordinate outbound operations including Export and in-country deliveries Issue and manage supporting documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Export Declaration, CNT or othersKeep accurate records of all shipmentsCoordinate and manage suppliers/3PL logistics providers (transport, packaging materials such as cartons and tapes, and others) including procurement, contract signing, payment, ect.

Work cros-functionally with DC/Carrier management to monitor for and investigate and resolve repetitive patterns of shipping errorsSeek continuous improvements in terms of utilization, frequency, lead times and costMaintaining, monitoring and reporting KPI’sProblem solving, solutions and process managementMonitor and report monthly actual costs/spends Participate and lead cross-functional meetingsKnowledge, Skills And AbilitiesBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in logistics management or customer serviceProficient user of Microsoft Office applications, especially ExcelExcellent skills in communication, presentation and negotiation skillsAnalytical skills    Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skillsadidas celebrates diversity, supports inclusiveness and encourages individual expression in our workplace.
