Job Description

Purpose & Overall Relevance For The OrganizationLiaison between the local team and the GBS H2R Dalian teamCollaborate with the GBS H2R Dalian team to ensure seamless end-to-end execution of payroll administration, including daily operations and year-end tax settlementCollaborate with the GBS H2R Dalian team to ensure seamless end-to-end execution of benefits administration, including but not limited to social insurance, group insurance, retirement pension and other local benefitsHandle employee inquiriesFinance reportingVendor management and vendor paymentLiaise with government authorities, agencies, and other external parties to provide necessary data and information support (e. g. , internal/external audits, government surveys).

Manage other country-specific processes (e. g. , Korean title change)Handle other ad-hoc requests as per business needsKey ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with GBS H2R Dalian team members on daily operations, completing all administrative tasks for defined services and meeting SLA requirements. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies in all operations. Maintain and update process-related documents regularly and properly. Foster proactive relationships with business partners and other stakeholders. Identify process risks, implement preventive actions, and keep the team manager informed in a timely manner. Support the end-to-end process in resolving complex questions during daily operations.

Liaise among local HR, GBS HR, and employees to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests. Assist in the implementation of global and local H2R programs. Support internal and external audits involving payroll. Drive process improvements to enhance employee and stakeholders’ satisfaction and achieve higher efficiency. Handle ad hoc queries efficiently. External service providers and partnersKnowledge, Skills And AbilitiesExcellent knowledge of MS-Office applications, especially Excel/PowerPoint;Experience with HR core system, ideally SAP-HR, SuccessFactors-HR and ticketing solutionsSubject matter expertise in payroll & benefits administration processesStrong service mindset, people focused and self-motivatedMindset in process improvement and continuous efficiency;Attention to details and good problem-solving skills;Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with the relevant industry is an advantage;Requisite Education And Experience4-5 years of payroll or C&B work experience in a similar function for a multi-national company. Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
