Job Description

Payrate: $47. 00 - $53. 00/hr.  Summary: The Global Incentive Compensation Analyst on the Plan Operations team is responsible for providing key operational support for Company’s Worldwide Incentives program. Primary responsibilities include processing and distributing incentive compensation plan documents for/to employees, collaborating with business partners to ensure accurate employee compensation information, and delivering process improvements in order to assist our business in scaling to meet the needs of our growing organization.  Responsibilities:

Ensure complete and accurate employee data and compensation plan detailNavigate in various Company and compensation systems in order to compile all key elements of compensation plan information into a single documentDistribute incentive compensation plans to employees and ensure timely acceptance of plan documents. Triage questions and issues identified by the employees in relation to their compensation plansPartner with the Global Compensation Administration team to ensure that the required compensation data is provided on a timely basis for the administration of incentive payouts.

Collaborate with Design and Operations Team to ensure design and policy decisions are executed, including new fiscal year and mid-year design changesPartner with other teams on cross-functional projects in order to develop process efficienciesTranslate business/operational needs to systems teamsEnable business partners on areas of expertiseReviewing and auditing comp plan data for plan issuance, data audits, and working with business partners for corrections or missing/incorrect information for comp plan distribution. Managing commission cases, and answering questions related to Comp Plans, Policy and Sales Compensation from commissionable employees.  Qualifications:

BA/BS degree4+ years experience in Finance, Accounting, Project/Program Management, or Sales Compensation/Sales Operations functionStrong Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skillsExperience with Company tools. Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills; process oriented. Experience participating in and delivering process improvements Desired Skills: Ability to manage programs and processes globallyExperience with platformTime management skills and experience meeting tight deadlinesAbility to accurately compile and analyze both quantitative and qualitative dataStrong attention to detail and the ability to multitaskTableau and SQL experience a bonusPlan processingTableau, SQL/SOQL, Python Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U. S.

is: $47. 00 - $53. 00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
