The nursing clinical adjunct faculty instructor shall be responsible for the instruction and supervision of pre-licensure students during clinical learning activities at a cooperating agency.Duties/ResponsibilitiesThe nursing clinical adjunct faculty instructor shall be responsible for the instruction and supervision of pre-licensure students during clinical learning activities at a cooperating agency:Supervise and instruct prelicensure students in clinical environmentDeliver instructional material in alignment with course objectives and student outcomesUtilize a variety of appropriate teaching strategies to promote student learningEvaluate and document student progress and provide relevant and timely feedback to studentsMinimum QualificationsCandidates must meet one of the following conditions:Master’s degree in NursingBS in Nursing, currently matriculated in an MSN or health care related graduate programBS in Nursing with extensive relevant experienceExperienceAt least two years of recent, relevant nursing experience in the specialty which you are applying forLicensureCurrent unencumbered New Hampshire registered nurse license or a current and unencumbered multi-state registered nurse license issued by a compact statePreferred QualificationsExperience in working with college age and non-traditional studentsSkill in working with culturally diverse constituencies in the academic environmentRequired Applicant MaterialsResume/CVCover LetterThe University of New Hampshire is an R1 Carnegie classification research institution providing comprehensive, high-quality undergraduate and graduate programs of distinction.
