Streamline Business (Fiji) PTE Limited, trading as Streamline, is a subsidiary of Streamline Business Group Limited, a New Zealand-based company headquartered in Auckland (www. streamlinebusinessgroup. com). Â Â Our sister company, Admin Army (www. adminarmy. com), an NZ-based business administration support service, seeks appropriately experienced and qualified staff to remotely service several NZ and AU-based customers. Â This role will be based between our Suva office (minimum one day per week) and your home. The RoleYou will work remotely alongside our international team to provide exceptional payroll support to our growing client base. Key Responsibilities:
Support our NZ and Australian-based Payroll team by: Onboarding new clients and ensuring SLA deliveries are met. Processing pay runs, calculating pay, tax, student loan, and superannuation deductions. Managing cloud-based payroll systems. Conducting checks on hours worked and leave taken. Ensuring our clients are compliant with payroll-related legislation and requirements. Collaborate with the team to: Work on various payroll platforms. Achieve all client deliverables alongside the Admin Army team. Maintain data integrity. Be target-oriented and output-driven. Â Technical and Interpersonal SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills - via email, phone and video meetings.
Strong computer literacy and familiarity using the Microsoft Suite of products. The ability to produce accurate payroll reports, technical knowledge, and understanding of cloud-based payroll software. Analysis of payroll data for verification purposes – both self-checking and peer-reviewingDetail-oriented and highly organised with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work under strict time constraints and prioritise work in our fast-paced environment. The ability to critique processes and proactively provide suggestions for improvement. A positive attitude and a team player. Discretion is a must as highly sensitive information and figures are often discussed.  Qualification and Experience:
Degree in Accounting/Finance or Human Resources. Practical work experience of 2 – 3 years in a payroll or accounts role. Experience in providing managed services and/or managing multiple clients. Background knowledge, experience in an NZ-focused payroll role, and knowledge of NZ payroll-related legislation will be a distinct advantage. Experience in an AU-focused role would also be highly beneficial. We offer a competitive pay scale between FJD20,000 and FJD40,000, depending on your NZ or Australian payroll processing expertise. Full training for the role will be provided.
