Job Description

Purpose of the Job: To provide administrative and HR support ensuring smooth execution of daily operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll assistance, visa processing, employee accommodation, transportation, and compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.Key Responsibilities:Support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.Assist in payroll processing, medical insurance administration, and visa formalities.Support training and development programs and internal communications.Coordinate employee accommodation, transportation, and travel logistics.Ensure compliance with HR policies, UAE labor laws, and ISO standards.Monitor and liaise with external service providers and government authorities.Contribute to employee engagement, well-being, and company culture initiatives.KPIs and Results:Timely and accurate HR and admin supportCompliance with policies and labor lawEmployee satisfaction and engagementAccurate record managementSmooth onboarding and logistics coordinationKey Skills & Knowledge:Good understanding of UAE labor law and HR proceduresStrong administrative and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesComputer literacy (MS Office, HR systems)Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesProfessional conduct and confidentialityExperience:Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or administration.Experience in UAE and knowledge of local labor regulations is an advantage.Qualifications:University degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.CIPD or other HR-related certification is a plus.Behavioral Traits:Reliable, transparent, and detail-orientedTeam player with good problem-solving skillsFair, consistent, and service-focusedAble to work in a multicultural environmentWorking Hours:Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am to 4:30 pmFriday: 7:30 am to 3:15 pm (with prayer break)Must be flexible to report on-site when required
