Job DescriptionCalendar management, scheduling and organizing meetings and eventsTravel coordination – including airlines, hotels and ground transportationVisitor assistance Data analysis and graphs creation with Excel, preparing monthly and quarterly reports Assisting with creating and formatting Power Point presentations Preparing, checking, submitting expense statements, and managing purchasesWorking with team to plan local and worldwide meetings and employee celebrationsMaintaining organization’s SharePoint sitesBuilding and maintaining organizational charts for the worldwide organizationCoordinating with other corporate functions, inventors and external agencies or service provideQualificationsRequirements:Bachelor's degree or above2+ years of administrative, operations or executive support experienceFluent in Mandarin Chinese and EnglishFoundational data analysis expertise with a keen eye for numerical accuracy Expertise using productivity software tools in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel), SharePoint and SAPStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in teams and collaborate effectively with peopleAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environmentAbility to effectively solve problems and make appropriate decisions Strong time management skills that enable on-time project deliveryDemonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships About UsWhy TI?Engineer your future.
