Job DescriptionSupports organisation staffing by implementing and maintaining a recruitment, testing and interviewing programme for Apprentices, collaborating with managers on candidate selection. Supports employee assimilation by conducting and co-ordinating new employee orientation and training programmes, ensuring applicability. Maintains associated records and reports metrics.Monitor and book mandatory training certification as required.
