ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR Position DetailsOffice based in Bellville Cape TownStart Date: As soon as possiblePosition Type: PermanentWorking Hours: ±08:00 - 17:00Salary: R20 000 - R25 000Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral secretarial and administrative support, including:Managing emails, calendars, appointments, meetings, and reminders.Handling reception duties, telephone calls, and client enquiries.Filing (physical and electronic).Preparing documents (letters, reports, presentations, etc.).Managing courier services and incoming/outgoing mail.Preparing and maintaining client files.Handling client and supplier relationships.Assisting technical staff with basic laboratory tasks.Performing basic bookkeeping (preferably using QuickBooks).Maintaining and administering the SANAS accreditation system (SANS 17020). Managing and controlling office supplies and stationery.Coordinating travel arrangements and logistics for site work or meetings.Capturing data and assisting with project administration.Maintaining internal registers and records.Minimum RequirementsMatric (a tertiary qualification in Administration or a related field will be advantageous).Valid driver's licence and own transport.Strong computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, etc.).Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Reliable, honest, motivated, and self-driven.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and efficiently multi-task.Professional, organised, and proactive work approach.Basic background knowledge of the field of Occupational Hygiene will be advantageous.Bookkeeping skills will be advantageous.
