Beautyology is looking for Admin ExecutiveJob Description / ResponsibilityOffice & Facility ManagementOversee daily office operations including maintenance, housekeeping, and utilities.Ensure smooth operation of office equipment, IT coordination, and security systems.Maintain an organized workspace that supports a productive and professional environment.Procurement & Vendor CoordinationCollect quotations, prepare purchase requisitions, and support procurement processes.Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and logistics partners for timely deliveries and quality assurance.Manage vendor databases and evaluate service performance.Documentation & ComplianceMaintain up-to-date records of bills, contracts, licenses, insurance, and company assets.Support renewal and compliance for trade license, fire license, and other regulatory requirements.Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensure proper filing systems.Operational & Logistical SupportCoordinate warehouse administrative activities including delivery scheduling, inventory documentation, and courier tracking.Provide administrative assistance for meetings, events, training sessions, and staff activities.Work closely with HR and Finance teams for attendance, asset allocation, and utility bill processing.Additional Functional ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing administrative reports and cost summaries for management.Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards across office and warehouse areas.Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Experience Requirements1 to 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):E-commerce,F-commerceAdditional Requirements1–3 years of relevant experience in administration or operations, preferably in e-commerce, retail, skincare, or FMCG sectors.Strong understanding of general administration, logistics coordination, and vendor management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic ERP tools.Ability to multitask, maintain deadlines, and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
