For more about Geotech’s expertise and offerings, visit geotech.ca.Role DescriptionProvide general administrative support, including scheduling, document preparation, and office coordinationManage front desk operations: greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and maintain a welcoming office environmentAssist with recruitment activities, onboarding processes, and employee training coordinationMaintain and update HR records and assist with internal communicationsSupport the CFO with scheduling, administrative tasks, and business documentationAssist with office events and employee engagement initiativesQualificationsPost-secondary education in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related fieldMinimum 2–3 years of experience in an administrative or HR support roleStrong organizational skills with attention to detailProfessional verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams,Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Friendly, professional demeanor with a team-oriented mindsetExperience working with or supporting senior management is an asset
